In 2012 I started working on this content to help others facilitate physical health and well-being for themselves.
I showed my audience how to identify, evaluate, and eliminate harmful toxins from the products they put in their mouths, on their bodies and around their yards, homes and workspaces; and I showed them how to replace those toxic products with healthier options that fit their budget and time constraints.
I saw positive changes in many of my clients, but not in all of them and not consistently. I started to ask, “Why not?”.
It was very clear to me that health and well-being was about so much more than just what we put in, on, and around our physical bodies. These physical aspects are definitely a component, but they’re not the whole picture.
So, I set out to gain a broader understanding of health and well-being and to condense that new knowledge into a concise, cohesive summary of practical guidance. This website is the culmination of that journey and it represents decades of research and personal experience.

Lorelei's Commitment to Being a Healing Guide
During a particularly challenging time in my life journey, I lost hope. A friend stepped in and told me that when you can’t find hope, you should rely on faith. I balked and claimed I didn’t have faith.
My friend chuckled and wisely stated,
You have faith. Faith isn’t what anyone else tells you it is. Faith is about what you believe in. Faith is about the truth you hold in your heart. Look for it. It’s there. Look for that spark of light that says “I believe…”.
With that advice, it took me less than a second to find my faith, and I’ve never lost sight of it since.
I believe in something more than a mundane existence driven by fear and pain.
I believe every person, every soul, has the innate right and ability to live a vibrant, joyful, fulfilling life.
I believe in a world where all prosper and suffering is no more.
I believe we are all in this together, because, in truth, we are one.
I believe in peace.
And I choose to live every moment drawing on my faith to build hope, in any way I can, for anyone who chooses to embrace it.
This website is meant to serve as a foundation of hope, a space of clarity, a challenge to grow in knowledge, understanding, and acceptance of ourselves, and thus of each other.
